HOW TO PRACTICING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BY NUR HALIMAN As humans, we could not predict when we going to get sick and we could not run from it. So, we should take an action to our body before someone take an action on our health. Thus we know that our country facing many problems about health from Malaysian people. These health problems is caused from many disease such as stroke, obesity, high blood pressure, heart attack and more, these all health problems is comes from our eating habits and life style. These habits is the cause to obesity, high cholesterol and these habits can also cause to silent killer on humans. So we should prevents these silent killer by doing exercises at least 2 times a week if we are to busy try to do some exercise at work place by using stairs and do some stretching and try to walks around the office if have leisure times. Thus we know that exercise can reduce risk of getting illness such as heart diseases, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and cancer, exercises also help lower risk of death early. Physical activity can help boost self –esteem, mood, sleep quality and give energy to body. Besides that, exercise also help prevent stress, depression, dementia, and Alzheimer disease. We should at least go for exercise 2 times a week these is to maintain and strengthen our bones and muscle. For instant, we can do exercise such as walk or jog these help your heart rate up which help reduce hypertension and obesity. Then, go for swimming which can help strain off the skeleton which prevent from easily getting cramps. We also must practise our self to walks for 10,000a day and involving yourself in outdoor activities such as cycling rock climbing, hiking and others which help give a
