She is trying to say go on that trip you wanted to go on, take that jump you’ve been too scared to take. Without risk life won’t be anything special. Helen Keller herself was deaf and blind but still managed to find a way to learn. She ended up being a teacher and helping others learn.

This quote helps some people with everyday life in the sense of live everyday like it is your last. This will make the listener think deeper about the meaning, so deep to where there is nothing really to think about. Look at the perspective of Helen Keller, she was deaf and blind.
