“There is one rule for the industrialist and that is: make the best quality goods possible at the lowest cost possible, paying the highest wages possible.”This is a quote said by famous industrialist Henry Ford. This quote shows that he believed that you can't make money by exploiting your workers and paying an making products only the upper class can use. Henry Ford created many things that has helped the world become industrialized. So, for these reasons Henry Ford is honored with a lifetime achievement award.
Firstly, Someone who help families be together and stay out of poverty deserves a lifetime achievement award. Half of americans in 1918 had an model t that means 51.5 million people in 1918 had a model t. If it was 2017 that number would be 163.2 million people in the world used the car. This not only showed that this was extremely affordable but it showed class with it. He created an vehicle that was not based off a bicycle but a whole new creation that had four wheels and used the steering wheel which we now call the steering wheel before he used the wheel they used crankshafts.
