Henry Ford's impact on American Society Everyone loves it when they turn sixteen and are able to get their permit and able to travel where they please in their vehicle, but people never really think "Where did this all start?”. Automobiles are one of humanity's most important inventions as it gives people the ability to travel great distances with ease and without emptying your bank account. This question is, who came up with the very first Automobile that you may be driving? Who decided to mass produce vehicles in such a simple fashion? Scott Fitzgerald , motion pictures such as Noah's Ark directed by Michael Curtiz and The Sorrows of Satan directed by D.W. Griffith. The 1920's is also a big part of the jazz aura many new singers were coming out with music to have their shot at being famous such as Louis Armstrong, Jelly Roll Morton Seven, Duke Ellington & his orchestra, and these are just some of the very many examples of entertainment of the time. These people all had one thing in common with Henry Ford and that was that they all had a common goal to reach success. The common American dream of this decade was to be successful and have a lot of money. Henry Ford expressed this dream by actually accomplishing it he had become rich, started his own very successful auto mobile company, and invented many things to help him get to that point.
