The streptococcus make inflammation (post streptococci) at the patient body, and patient develop immune complex disease. Immune complex disease causes the phagocyte cell to attack the wall of glomerulonephritis, and damage the filtration wall. The damage filtration wall causes the kidney disease. When the wall is damaged, the filtration rate is decrease. Protein that could not cross the wall after filtration damage protein is free to cross the glomerulonephritis wall; therefore, the protein rate is 4+ positive at the chemical. The damage of glomerulonephritis causes of the high number of red blood cell which is 100. This number shows the patient is so sick. Nitrite and leukocyte can be moderate because of cause of disease which are the bacteria in this case. The symptoms, and significant shows that disease is rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis.
