Many people say that when students play violent games it does not affect them but I say that it does and here are some reasons why I think that students should be doing something else than these violent games.

In the article “It’s A Dual: How Do Violent Video Games Affect Kids?” according to Brad Bushman a social psychologist at Ohio State University states that “ Playing video games probably will not turn your child into a psychological killer but I would want to know how child treats his or her parents, how they treat their siblings, how much compassion they have”.

In the article “High-Jinks: Shoot-Out”(2009) “A total of seventy players, creating a pot of three hundred and sixty dollars” which means whoever wins the competition with the deadly water gun fight gets all the money from the pot.
This evidence indicates that they make a lot of money and they give a away to the winner and I think that instead of giving it to the winner they could give it to kids or people that need that money more than them. Like they could give it to a charity that helps kids and parents.

In Guy Martins article “High-Jinks: Shoot-Out”(2009) “He woke up and, as usual, hopped a neighbor's fence and exited through a neighbor's house”
This evidence reveals that these students are taking this water gun fight way too far and they are kind of being creeps for hoping there neighbor's fence and using their neighbor’s house to exit is very creepy and is taking it too
