STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
Strength Maintenance with Integrity

1. I understand that as a RRNCO for the Army National Guard, I must maintain the highest standards of integrity and conduct. I understand that my voluntary and full compliance with all SQI4 policies and procedures are the only way to ensure integrity in the enlistment process. All documents and procedures must be timely, truthful, and filled in completely to protect the interests of the applicant, the Army National Guard, and myself.

2. I hereby state that I am familiar with, understand, and will comply with all the provisions of the following: a. ARNG Enlistment Criteria, Chapter 1, para 1-7 b. State Strength Maintenance SOP.

3. I understand further that, if I know or suspect an improper recruiting practice or improper relationship with a prospect, applicant, or contact has occurred or been attempted, I must report this to my chain of command. If necessary, to ensure it reaches the appropriate commander, I will report it to the Recruiting Operations & Training Officer. I understand that if I fail to do so, I am subject to punishment for violation of the ARNG ECM, State Military Code or Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

4. I further understand that it is my duty to report to my chain of command any known or suspected violations of any regulatory provision cited in ECM Chapter 2 or an attempt to commit such action.

New RRNCO Apprenticeship Program

Summary. This publication provides an inprocessing list to facilitate the arrival of new RRNCOs into the Strength Maintenance Program. It also includes a consolidated list of tasks by which they will be accessed, trained, and evaluated upon completion of the SQI4 school. Supervisors at all levels will use this handbook in accordance with published guidance.

Applicability. This publication applies to all new RRNCOs assigned to the Strength Maintenance Program.
