Whenever a serious event or incident occurs, certain people are blaimed depending on what they did or what they could have done to prevent it from happening. People may have different perspectives and opinions on who’s at fault for the Holocaust. Although some might say the bystanders were at fault for The Holocaust, the perpetrators are thre ones who are at fault for this genocide because in this instance the perpetrators innitiated the Holocaust and decided that it was necessary to kill 6 million Jews. They used their power to take advanatage of the innocent Jews.

This is very similar to many attacks including the Holocaust except that the perpetrator in this case decided to take matters into his own hands by shooting at students. This reveals how perpetrators think that it is adequate to perform these dangerous attacks on groups of people. In addition, all perpetrators have one thing in common.
A pereptrator will always be at fault but if there was anything that a bystander could have done to help, they may be at fault as well. Depending on how extreme a situation is, a bystander can stop or prevent the incident from occuring or they just stand and watch because they are either scared or simply can not do anything about it.
