Future shop Canada (the “seller”)

(collectively referred to as the “Parties”)
Whereas:

A. The buyer wishes to buy a “The Last of Us” DVD for PlayStation 3 on the specifications outlined in this agreement (the “DVD”)

B. The Seller wishes to sell a DVD

C. The Parties wish to outline their respective rights and obligations.

In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this agreement, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Sellers Obligations
a) The seller agrees to provide one (1) “The Last of Us” DVD on the following specifications: i) DVD cover: The DVD with a cover ii) Composition: The cover will be covered with a thin plastic, which proves

that the DVD provided to the customer is new, and nobody

haven’t used the DVD. iii) Contents: Intact packet (it will prove that the DVD which sold by the

Future shop is brand new). The DVD should work on PS3.

There should some age restriction on cover of the DVD.

Is it suitable for children to play this particular game.

iv) Customization: The Buyer shall, at the buyers sole option be provided with the following

1. Intake Packet 2. No scratch on DVD 3. DVD published by “NAUGHTY DOG” 4. Refundable, if the DVD doesn’t work 5. Description on age

v) Delivery: The DVD bought by the buyer should be delivered on time

If the DVD is not available on the Future shop Store,

Kamloops, BC, Canada. Then the store should make sure that the buyer

get his/her DVD on time.
