Historical review of agency
The agency I chose was Home free IOP. It started in 2013 and they have two locations Sandtown on 1500 Presstmant St in Baltimore City MD, and Midtown which is located on 10 West Madison Street #11, Baltimore MD. When she was firs planning to open she contacted Christopher Pelfrey to see if he would like to be a part of her journey. Although Chris had a very busy schedule at the time because he just finished obtaining his MSW at UMBC, and was preparing to start Seminary School in DC, he obliged her request to work together. Leslie first opened the Sandtown location in which they were struggling a great deal, until they made their deal with parole and probation. Once Obama care was approve it helped them even more.
