WHAT CAUSES HOMELESSNESS IN THE UNITED STATES?

Our society has always set boundaries and stereotypes about quality of life. Having a house, obtain a job, and a well-paid salary are the expectations for anyone in this life. However, society hides many social issues that are affecting many people. One of those problems is homelessness, is the state of not having a home. Homeless often sleep on the street with any financial help, and most of the time, starving and health difficulties. Although many shelters that provide food and a place to rest has have been opened in recent years, it is simply not enough for the growing number of homeless. The number of homeless in The United states have been increasing in alarming numbers through the years, and there are many factors that are causing homelessness to increase such as financial problems, health issued, and scaping domestic violence.

Through the years, the prices of expenses have been going to the sky, and the incomes are barely enough to maintain a family and a house. For the most part, people who live on the street have lost their houses. The increasing taxes and prices of houses have made people not be able to pay the monthly amount of money asked by the bank. Many families start surviving after unexpected expenses appear and destabilize the monthly budget, and after struggle financially they are led to the homelessness. Another key factor is any property-destroying disaster such as an earthquake or a flood. After a natural disaster, properties end completely destroyed and re-build them is expensive for the affected ones. Insurances not always cover all the loses, and it requires the owners to cover the missing part of money which is difficult for the affected ones due to they not only lost their houses, but they also lost more properties such as clothes, furniture, and
