Homer Adolph Plessy Analysis

Homer Adolph Plessy was a very pleasant man,He was a mixed german from louisiana he was born in a bad time back when segregation was a problem and didn't approve of african americans dating whites. People thought well they aren't the same color so we mise well mistreat them and use them. After a while of all this slavery happening some african americans got tired of not being able to do the same things as the whites so they started to rebel. Plessy Ferguson was really a fair german man not many people had issues with him he was more peace loving then rebellious or violent , As he was boarding a train one day just a usual route he decided to sit in the whites only, He was admittedly asked to move even though he was white he was dating a negro so they didn't approve. Once they asked him he refused and was removed from the train by the law. After he was processed he tried to plead equally but separate case and they had a jury just like tom robinson.The difference between Tom and Plessy is that they were different colors times but the same things were still going on nobody wanted to be equal whites were just raised against blacks and if you weren't against african americans then you were kinda looked at as an outsider. One thing i noticed though is that african americans never even defended themselves they let the white folks walk all over them which isn't always a bad thing but i learned that racism is a very bad thing in life and we should try to stop it every chance we
