At as low an overall cost as possible
At least a two-star commercial hotel
Better with other amenities and benefits
Hotel's Interests:

Factual Research: Before I contact the hotel, I did the following research. First, I needed to compare the price with three options (October 4-7, 5-8 and 6-9). Then, I chose the star rating range, which hotels above two-star and under four-star. Next, I consider the distance first from hotel to Peachtree Center as I must arrived at PC within 30 minutes on Monday morning meeting. Last, I chose 2 hotels which provided the lower price with better environment.

Approach
During the negotiation, I told them that our company would develop business in Atlanta in the following years. In the first few years, my colleague or I would come here frequently. Therefore, it is convenient for our company to choose a fixed hotel to become a membership of the hotel.
