Basketball. Basketball has helped and made my life better for myself and the people around me. This hobby has pushed me to get good grades in school, get better at it, and find my future job (NBA). Basketball has benefited my life so far because it has made many things fun and I have been able to interact with a lot more people than I used to. To me basketball is a very safe sport and isn't like football where you are sacred to play, and isn't like hockey where you have a risk of getting a tooth knocked out. The things that basketball does to my life are unspeakable. As a young adult I have to find something that I would want to do in the future and I think basketball is that one thing.

People also benefit from basketball because basketball can lead to many things in the future for example, getting a college scholarship from a good college. Then, it can lead to a lifetime of excitement and it can help you live your live as an adult. For me and for others basketball has made them a better person on and off the court. For example if you know you want to play basketball then you will do good in school, you will stay out of trouble, and you will always have somewhere to get stress out.

When I wasn't a basketball player my life was terrible. But when I started to play basketball it made life so easy and it made life so fun. Also the main reason I went from football to basketball was because football would fill me up with so much anger that I would want to take it out onto my mom and I saw that, that wasn't right. So when I made that change from football to basketball it really helped I was a much peaceful, helpful, polite person too many. To me basketball is my life and if I ever couldn't play I think I would
