How Did Hitler Use Propaganda

Hitler was released from prison in 1924, He reclaimed his role in The Nazi Party, and began his rise to power by starting yet another small army. His members worked on procedures and propaganda. They presented numerous drastic solutions to monetary crisis. Several of the policies included reorganization of workers, Anti-Semitism, public works as well as welfare policies. These policies were advertised at assemblies, on the radio and through demonstration. Many Germans believed Hitler and began to follow him. In January of 1933, President Hindenburg allotted Hitler as chancellor (Jackel, 1984). Once he became chancellor his book sales increased rapidly, reaching 5 million, making Hitler rich. It was never clear as to why Hindenburg appointed Hitler, however after doing research it appeared it was because Hitler was the leader of the strongest party in Germany and he assured President Hindenburg that he would uphold the constitution. Nonetheless, directly after his initiation Hitler mandated new elections. He became a dictator and suspended all civil rights. All parties in Germany were banned except The Nazi Party. Hitler completely gained control. He gave those who followed him “The Brown Shirts” shelter, food and clothes. He performed parades and rallies further persuading the Germans that they were the dominant race and that it was preordained that they governed the world. It not only consisted of Jews, but homosexuals, communists and the mentally impaired as well. Hostages lived in confined living spaces and everyone’s head were shaved. The holocaust was one of the largest prosecutions and murders of the human race. Adolf Hitler was guilty for the death of millions of innocent people. He deceived Germans and brainwashed them into believing they were superior and that it was also their duty to aid him in making sure all Jew became extinct.
