Napoleon was a tyrant who thought fighting was the answer to all his problems. Napoleon had many great accomplishments as an emperor. His Napoleonic Code, which made all men equal, religious freedom, and demolished the class system in France. Napoleon introduced the National Bank, which held the government's money. Public Education used to be based on family connections and wealthiness but thanks to Napoleon it is now based on skill.He also made of a series of Public Works, including construction of new roads and a sewer system.
