Sacagawea was a Native American explorer that accompanied Lewis and Clark on their expedition.
Sacagawea was a great food gatherer. She used sharp sticks and other materials to get wild licorice, prairie, wild turnips, wild artichoke. While she was on a buffalo hunt and was kidnapped by a war party at the age of 12 and she was taken from the Rocky Mountains then to Idaho and then to Bismarck in North Dakota.
