I don’t think I really know what autism is. I don’t really know what kind of problems it causes, because I don’t remember to ever have to deal with it. In all honesty I’ve never seen it in person, or at least I wasn’t aware. I know that I have seen it in television shows and movies, but that could be incorrect, because it’s TV and it’s just there for entertainment. Based on what I have seen, I know that in some cases people can become violent or loud when they are confused or uncomfortable.

It’s hard to say how it can affects people, because it affects everyone differently. This is shown when it’s time to identify autism. Some of the behaviors associated with autism include delayed learning of language; difficulty making eye contact or holding a conversation; difficulty with executive functioning, which relates to reasoning and planning; narrow, intense interests; poor motor skills’ and sensory sensitivities (Autism Society). To be completely honest I don’t understand why autism is seen so negatively. Autism, or anything on the autism spectrum itself, isn’t really a bad thing. It is honestly just another way to separate people who are different. Why are they different? Mostly because they think differently than “normal people” and sometimes refuse to use or even learn languages besides basic movements or noises and being sensitive to certain things or in certain
