Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice” is a book about two characters Elizabeth Bennet and Fitzwilliam Darcy whom go through a lot of changes throughout the story. Elizabeth and Darcy even struggle to find happiness in their love. Elizabeth Is the second oldest Daughter in the Bennet family. In the beginning of the book Elizabeth struggles with how her first impression with Darcy went. Her charms are sufficient to keep him interested, fortunately, while she navigates familial and social turmoil. As she gradually comes to recognize the nobility of Darcy’s character, she realizes the error of her initial prejudice against him. Throughout the changes in the characters Elizabeth and Darcy, the author, Jane Austen shows the course of how the characters change throughout the novel.
Elizabeth Bennet, one of the most well-known characters in English literature, second eldest daughter of the Bennet family people admire her for her qualities of being lovely, clever and for being as brilliant as anyone. Her honesty, virtue and lively wit allow her to rise above the rest of the nonsense and bad behavior that is going on her town.
