Fraud, Forgery, and Theft. What are they, how do they relate to each other, how are they different, which one is more like like cheating out of them, and how do your choices avoid the consequences. You might think to yourself as you read the title of my essay.

What is Fraud, Forgery, and Theft. Fraud in the dictionary is defined as a “wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.” To me is the crime of using dishonest ways to steal something of somebody's belongs. Forgery in the dictionary is defined as “the action of forging or producing a copy of a document, signature, banknote, or work of art.” To me Forgery is copying someone else own writings and using them as your own. The consequences for doing Most criminal fraud offenses is Jail, fines, and probation. The consequences of doing common Forgery is Jail and prison, significant fines, probation, and restitution. The consequences of doing Theft is fines and Jail/ prison. Fraud, Forgery, and Theft, do they relate.

How do Fraud, Forgery, and Theft relate. Fraud and forgery relate because Fraud and Forgery both deals with taking someone’s else property to get self gainings.
