How Does Racial Profiling Affect Society

In society, there have been a numerous amount of cases where racial profiling has been an issue. Special forces have been targeting different races just because of their races background. As people are saying that non-whites do all the crime, whether they would be African American, Hispanic, or Muslim. Racial profiling is becoming a disaster because citizens are losing trust in the police, movements are causing dysfunction, and three specific races who lack personal safety around police officers.

Today, a numerous amount of African Americans do not affiliate with republican Donald Trump. Based on a short article from Time Magazine written by Maya Rhodan, shows how an African American man spray paints Trump’s new hotel by saying “black lives matter” and “no justice no peace”. This is causing a huge dysfunction in society because this is separating America by having one side against racial profiling, one for it, and one who does not even know what is going on. In society, we have a lot of dysfunction as some are in involving riots. According to WIRED by Bijan Stephen captioned, “Protesters celebrate as an auto store burns. Rioters set fire to businesses throughout Ferguson in the wake of the grand jury decision to not indict police officer Darren Wilson.” With this action, this is causing much harm to local communities, cultures, and America as well. As the movement black lives matter, promoted peace and seeking justice, they also cause a lot of harm. Going off a quote from an article written by Brandon Morse says, “Black Lives Matter continues its legacy of being an awful movement that does nothing but spur division instead of peace. Because of it, many have gotten hurt, or even killed”. As they look like they are trying to do the right thing, there are always those hidden objects in one's pursuit of
