Unsympathetic to Tenderhearted Most of the time in our lives we do not notice how important something is until it is gone and we do not have it anymore and it is just too late too recoup. In the story “A Christmas Carol” , Charles Dickens explains to the reader that Scrooge had a Callous heart but towards the end his Callous heart changed into a tender one once Scrooge realized the importance of losing something or someone. For a person to see their attitude towards people they would need to see what caused such cruelty towards their heart and decide to change their ways. They would need to see the way they are treating other people, and see how that affects them.
