In the novel "Of Mice and Men" there are many moments where you feel sympathetic. The character that you feel most sympathy for will be Lennie. Lennie is represented as the epitome of innocence, he's always feeling really bad after he has done something harmful to others. Without question George and the others that were at the ranch began to get highly annoyed with Lennie's actions.
