Victor Frankenstein acts out of curiosity to create something new but ends up hurting the community at large. Victor Frankenstein in a character in Mary Shelly's Frankenstein, which is a fictional book. Victor's purpose in the novel is to show how ambition can ruin your life. When Victor creates his new thing, he ends up running away from the creation which will end up causing his life to run downhill as a Byronic hero.
