In the first letter, Walton described to his sister the events and the preparations he had to make that led out to his departure on his voyage. It stated that Walton had a large desire to accomplish “Some great purpose”. In the second letter Walton felt isolated and as if he had no friends. In the last letter, Walton came across big sheets of ice. The boat could hardly fit between them. Moments later, Walton and his shipmate came across a giant creature. Though he creature was only, miles a way they could still see it. Much time had passed as they rescued the stranger. “I never saw a man in so wretched a condition.” The shipmates had a burning desire for many questions but they knew couldn’t bombard the creature with their curiosity. Meanwhile, Walton and the stranger become good friends. As the two became good friends the stranger began to open up and tell Walton his story. “I never saw a man in so wretched a condition.”

As Victor (Frankenstein) Grew up he began to become very intregred and fascinated by the mysteries of the natural world. As he became so fascinated in nature he then was able to witness a destruction of a raging storm. He got to see how much damage it could make to the natural world. During the storm, lighting struck a tree right near his house. “I will pioneer a new way, explore i know powers, and unfold the world the deepest mysteries of creation.” When victor was 17 years old he left his family to go to the university. Back home, his mother caught scarlet fever. On her death bead she has begged for Elizabeth and Victor to marry one
