Dear commissioner Roger Goodell and daniel Marc Snyder, I support the use of the word “redskin’. Everyone has right to name whatever they want, it was never meant to disrespect native indians, and they didn't even know what it meant to native indians because that word was never meant for them. It was never meant to disrespect the native indians. The football team coach said redskin is really different than what native indians are thinging it doesn't mean to disrespect them. In their word as redskin meant purely as an honorific. And team president bruce allen said that use of name “has been respectful of and shown reverence toward the proud legacy and tradition of native americans.” and I also found that in the article “the points of these name isn’t to actually terrify the opponents so much to create spectacle and to sell gear with cool legos.” Everyone has right to name their name name whatever they want. For them it meant something to them, and to sell gear with cool logos has i already saided. It was meant to disrespect native american or to hurt them, it was just the team name they come up with. It wasn't meant something bad. And there is hundred of people with same names, but that doesn't mean they all have the same meaning beyond.
