Police brutality, it's something that's not unheard of, there has been hundreds of thousands of cases some staying close to home while others went worldwide. Police brutality is something futile and nonessential, unfortunately it's a problem that is too common in our society. You'll be on facebook going through your newsfeed and watching dashcam or security footage of a cop beating someone down. even on the news a story will come out once in awhile about a kid who made a mistake of robbing a store or defying an officer's order and it ends up costing him his life. There has to be a solution to this issue.

From an officer's point of view i can understand why they would use slightly more force than normal to subdue the suspect but it's a completely different thing if the officers causes serious

Once a report of brutality it should be looked into more. There's obviously dash cam video, witnesses around may have recorded with their cellphones.these types of investigations should be inspected more thoroughly. although there are some rude and law breaking individuals in the world that doesn't give the cop the right to completely brutalize him or her. Once an officer is accused of being abusive he or she should be reviewed to see if he or she is capable of following and completing whatever he or she is faced with. Yes there are some individuals who will cause scenes, throw fits, and refuse to cooperate and in cases like that, it is understandable for the officer to use more force than necessary to have the suspect or person of interest to comply with the orders the officer is giving. Future officers should be given tests in the field to understand what their decisions they would make in high stress and tense situations. the same goes for officers who have already been on the
