Year round school! Why would you go to school year round. You should be able to have a big break to hangout with your friends and go on vacation with your family. Year round school can also make child care harder. Coming from a student who is against school this is a very bad thing. Students need a break and so do teachers. First off hanging with friends is important for kids our age and year around school is taking that away, and it is also taking away, and it is also taking away family vacations, Text 1 states “Frequent breaks are important…” This showing that taking that away should not be happening. Schools that are taking this away are more like prisons. Most students are not criminals.
Also, taking care of your child can also be hard if they don't go to a year round school because the brakes might not match up. Text 1 states “... kids may be left with a babysitter for two weeks every six weeks. Personally people would not trust a babysitter with my child for that long. People should …show more content…
The students are less likely to forget what they learned over the summer. The students also get more time to learn, but the lack of breaks can result in the students becoming bored which means they will not pay attention. Tex 1 states “Earlier this year, after the first three week break, she says, the kids seemed more refreshed.” the break helps students with the stress of school, as well as teachers you can’t forget about them. Teachers need a break too. Teachers jobs are stressful too, and that break is a time to get away from all the annoying students.
Given these points hopefully there will be no more year round school. Year round school is like poison to students. The lack of breaks leak boredom into the blood of many. The teachers deprived of being a proper parent to their child. It does give students more time to learn, but to much time leads to boredom. This is why there should be no more year round
