Brad, 12 years old constantly gets into trouble with his father struggled to deal with his tics as his father thought it was a lack of self-control and still believes Brad should work harder to control it , his dad has divorced his mother and her mother must raise Brad and his brother Jeff on her own. To find out what is wrong with her son, her mother does research and find out about Brad's condition and comes across Tourette syndrome in a medical book, but no cure.
