At the UCF Community Care Center our patients are our number one priority, we make sure that they receive the best quality care possible, so we will continue giving our patients what they want and need, to improve our facility, the care that we provide and the facility's overall image. To make changes in our facility we have to require changes in how we operate in the facility as well as the organizational processes that supports them. To make changes at the facility, I will first start with my employees. When I am around my employees, they seem to be on their best behavior, but observing how they interact can provide valuable clues as to the issues in our work environment. • I will change up our work environment and make it look and feel welcoming to our patients and visitors.
• I will choose a day out of the month to celebrate our patients and the improvement that they are making in their health.
• I will upgrade any out dated machines or equipments that we have at the facility.
• A play area will be created for Parents and grandparents who visit the facility with their children and grandchildren.
• I will also install a snack bar for where patients or visitors can get themselves snacks while they are waiting to see the doctor.
• Even though we are a healthcare facility, we have to show our support in the community. My employees and I will help raise money for a cause or any unfinished project in our community.
• I will ensure active engagement of nurses and physicians are involved in planning and supporting the changes that are being made such as improving patients' education on their health and well-being. Help patients be more knowledgeable about their prescription and how it helps to improve their
