I am confident that I can be an asset to this organization because I believe that I have the capabilities, skills, and qualifications to work and I am willing to improve those skills when volunteering with this team. I am prepared to work in any given condition and position that is presented to me. I also have experience when working with groups and being part of a team.
When I was growing up my mother started a non-profit organization for foster and adoptive families. The organization provided families with enough food, clothing, babysitting, and just essential everyday needs. Since my mother was the founder, my family and I were very involved in this organization. Because it was a non-profit organization, we did numerous volunteering events.
