REPORT 4 The client I am working is healthcare company in which we are developing the website where the users can able to find the details of all kinds of the physicians living in their area to get the appointment according to their problems they can check the providers who provide the details for their problems and they will call the office to book the slot. When we get the call from the user we need to collect all the information first we need to check he is an existing customer or new customer if he is existing customer all his details already stored in the system if not we need to get all the details of the customer. If the customer is calling for the first we need to get the personal details like his name, birthdate and his address once we get all the information we need to ask about the reason, preferred physician and also the insurance details to check whether there are eligible for this booking and what percentage they get from them when they reimbursement the money. After getting all the information he will proceed to check the available slots according to the user request like if he wants a particular day or current available slots …show more content…
In the front we will use the Angular js framework to design the webpage it uses all the labels, fields and graphics to get the view like an application to fill the data we will connect whatever information was entered in the front end then connect to the backend to store all the information given from the user into the database. In the backend we will use the springs to connect the front end and database. Database connection plays the main role in connecting the frontend and the backend so that the process will be working
