Multiple test case scenarios will be created and processed to ensure testing is successful and that all issues are identified and addressed. As always, it is possible that modifications are identified after the code is created and tested. These additionally detected modifications will be weighed and determined if they should be added prior to installation, or as an enhanced post installation.
Within the test case scenarios, provisions will be made to complete technical system testing to ensure the expected performance and functional results are successful without errors being present.

Explain the training methods used to help the implementation of this project go smoothly.
Similar to the above noted vendor documentation, the vendor currently has training plans that will only need minor modification to fit the needs of ABC Organization. This will enable a more rapid method to have training ready for users and support staff to be become proficient in the initial presentation of the new information system.
Training will be scheduled two weeks out from the go-live date to enable proper scheduling of multiple trainings for all departments. User training will consist of a single one hour session, available live in 5 sessions, and recorded for playback on demand. Information Technology team training will be scheduled for 3 two hour sessions across weeks three to six prior to deployment to enable any questions and issues, not already identified, to be addressed prior to installation.
In addition to the specialized training, the vendor has multiple videos recorded to provide additional training for users and Information Technology staff.
Support
