1. Initially, the company should retain the previous employees if possible, as they are leaving the company due to the acquisition and change in management. These employees must be working in the organization from a long period of time and have known the customers and environment of the place in a better way than the new recruitments. 2. For the position that are not at managerial level, it is always considered to a better strategy to hire the local nationals i.e. host country nationals due to their local knowledge and experience in that hotel and its surroundings. In addition to this, company doesn’t have to pay for their housing and food expenses as they are locals and must be staying in their own places earlier too. 3. In terms of the language, hiring locals is a better option initially for business as they have a knowledge and understanding of language, place, and culture. 4. For the managerial position, company can send the suitable managers to host country France, in order to establish and handle the operations in competent with the company policies and corporate culture. 5. Company should provide the pre- departure training to the managers who are going to go the host country and in pre- departure training, basic understanding of language and culture is must along with other factors associated with it. 6.
