Introduction
This report is to make an investigation and research about Hisense Company, mainly from four aspects, and introduced hisense human management and organization structure etc…
The first part introduces the different forms of organization and the organization's internal and external environment, as well as about stakeholder content, which is about the company strategy used different control method, and combined with hisense company case to carry on the analysis.
The second part introduces the different theory of motivation and different goals, and combined with hisense case to introduced methods of the improve team performance, as well as the factors of influence team performance.
The third part introduces the behavior theory of leadership and contingency theory and so on. Using the theories of leaderships analysis the hisense company managers how to lead the staff to complete the task
The last part introduces Mechanistic or organic system And the company organization structure, and analyzes the existing problems and the structure of the reorganization as well as type of relationship with hisense.
