I am glad that I decided to take this class. What I thought about human services and what we actually learned, turned out to be far more interesting than I thought it would be. Dr. Castleberry, was able to teach us through power points, videos, lectures, and class discussions. What I learned what Human services is in this field that it is required to serve clients in a variety of public outreach organizations. Human services works alongside social workers, and other specialist who also help individuals take on many major challenges their lives. Along, learning in this class we also learned about substance abuse problems, and or also the victims of crime or violence. We can’t always judge book by it cover. That we need to look deeper
