From the recent studies and reports, Hurricane Harvey has been more destructive than Irma due to some of the three identified fundamental reasons (Fischetti 2). For instance, it raises the sea temperature to 85 degrees, which makes it harmful to people who live in the areas like Caribbean islands, Florida peninsula, and Texas coastline.
