Hypothetical Working Agreement A working agreement has four parts assessment, prioritizing, contracting and evaluation. These steps help the clinician to understand the client issues and their expectations from the clinician. The clinician has sets the framework for the time allotted for the client will be expected to obtain achievable goals which are set in a timely manner. Client and clinician and are to come to a mutual understanding and sign a written agreement both parties will be held responsible to adhere to the agreement. The working agreement is to be for help and cover the client.


------------------------------------------------- Assessments are for the clinicians to help to understand the issues the client might be encountering. This tool allows the clinician to be able to develop a plan to help tackle issue that the clients might be going thru. During the course of the assessment the clinicians are able to find out about how the is processing his thought as well if the client think that there is a chance of be free of the issues that are causing them to make poor choices or unable to change behaviors. The mental and emotional state is analyzed by the clinician. This is an attempt to see if the client is aware of his own issues


Once goals have been set it is now time to set priorities. This is done in order set up the needs of the clients in a manner that would cause their goals to be met in a timely, orderly and achievable matter.

When analyzing the need of goal individuals must know if is when setting up the plans for the client the clinician must understand what the client is striving for and what is most comfortable for the clients. When time is of the essence the clinician must find resource to get the help the client need so that the goal can be accomplish with success. There must be a realistic approach to accomplishing goals which that are set. The outcome is of a great importance as well as it will be applicable to parties involved. Resources are important the facts of how they will be obtained and who will supply and assist also have to be realistic.

The start of an assessment the clinician will make they prepare a written agreement. The written agreement the clinician, client and other parties that may be a part of it are to come to agreement in order to begin with the client’s treatment plan. This will include the duration of the treatment, roles and responsibilities of everyone involved and the end results of the treatment plan. Once the agreement has been ironed out, there must be. The contract will include the responsibilities of everyone involve on the treatment, what type of treatment the clinician will use on the client, the length of each session of the treatment, and even how much it will cost each session. It will include how it will be measure the outcomes of the treatment so that the goals can be accomplish. In addition, it will include if the contract can be change and if any one fail to comply with the contract what will be the course of action that will be taken (Murphy & Dillon, 2003).

Evaluation An evaluation is a repeated often and is frequently used are every session with the client. The sessions or meeting are then recorded by the clinician in order to use the information gathered to track the client’s progress. The recorded sessions are also used among other professionals for feedback. The clinician will use the information to observe the progress of the treatment and even for feedback from other professionals or expert in the case on hand. The evaluation has some essential principles that will make it an effective evaluation. The evaluation is influences by the person conducting the evaluation. The evaluation should be focus not only in client problems but also in the strength the client have with
