The staff that work for ICS Head Start has diversity/similarities. There are four workers in the Family and Service office. The similarities between the staff is that they all African American women’s. The diversity is that they have different degrees. Mrs. Ivy Clark has her MSW degree in social work and she is licensed (I. Clark, personal communication, March 7, 2017). Mrs. Francine Binder has her degree in nursing (F. Binder, personal communication, March 7, 2017). Mrs. Renae Morgan has her degree in Family and Service (R. Morgan, personal communication, March 7, 2017).
