ISFJ: What Makes A Good Leader?

The result of my IMBT profile is ISFJ, my leadership qualities are transactional and facilitative, I am always committed to a vision or task that is result driven and one weakness executing tasks is that I’m a perfectionist, I really want whatever I’m doing to be finished top notch, I often find myself worrying about other people in relation to their needs, happiness and welfare as well as going extra miles trying to help solve peoples problems even when my situation needs attention.

For the past couple of weeks taking this course and learning stuff that has broadened my thoughts about various aspects of life in general, one area of improvement has been paying more attention to people when I communicate, be outgoing, relate more with people, ask more questions aimed at pointing out vital areas to help my clients succeed and improve in the long run and be more proactive to accomplish a lot on daily basis by drafting lists the night before and strive to execute them if time and unforeseen circumstances permits me to do so.
