As years progress in our government's history, immigration continues to be a hot topic year after year. The U.S government continues to fulfill its duty by determining who is eligible to enter the United States a under what criteria they are able to stay. When examining the criteria an immigrant must fulfill the government takes major precautions in order to uphold the correct identification needed in each request for citizenship. Identification as an immigrant can range anywhere from a conditional permanent resident all the way to a victim in trafficking. After the foreigner petitions for any of the identification forms it can take months or even years for this individual to be welcomed to the States. This long process becomes the major impediment
