Illegal Immigration and the Legalization Process

Immigration laws desperately need an update. They have proven to be ineffective or unreliable because of the amount of illegal immigrants in the United States today. Illegal immigration is ravaging the U.S. It’s time the people started doing something about this problem. There are more than millions of illegal immigrants not all mexican living in the U.S. Mexicans alone make up 3 million of those illegals. Immigration laws in this country are not as good as they need to be, because of the easy legalization test, poor border defense, and amount of illegals in the U.S.

In 1880-1920s there was many immigration laws put in place. Most americans back then thought these laws were unnecessary. Americans thought that because most of the laws were unconstitutional and not relevant to living in the United states. However immigrants are working for so little pay they are actually putting americans out of work. Most companies would rather hire cheap workers than hire people who actually live here and are natives. There is little we can do to stop this accept hope businesses make the right choice and pay more money for workers. Terrorist usually do what they do for religious reasons. Some religions are against what the u.s stands for. Terrorist also attack other places because they think their country is the best or nationalism. That's why terrorist attack the usa. Usually when terrorist attack places they think they are honoring their religion/god by doing so. Immigrants legal and illegal could be terrorist which is why the u.s. Needs more extensive checks before allowing someone into the country.
Most immigrants illegal and legal are hispanic. The u.s. Census bureau groups hispanics and cubans into one category. Many cubans and hispanics think they should get their own category because there two different ethnicities. By counting hispanics and cubans census is incorrect. Information is incorrect because of how many illegals are here. We shouldn't group the two ethnicities together so we can get the population right.
Different countries respond differently to illegal immigration. Countries around the world are all having a hard time stopping illegal immigration. The U.N. is funding european countries to make refugee camps starting in 2014 and ending in 2020. Countries like the U.S. are deporting immigrants because there are so many illegal immigrant.
