Today in this essay I will be provided guidance on the importance of timeliness and being on

time to work and what kind of image that it presents to your coworkers and your boss. The first

thing upon being look for a job is your character and timeliness. Timeliness in a working

environment is a key factor in having a health working environment. Being late can provide an

unprofessional image in the eyes of your boss and coworkers. The whole company has to work

more to accomplish their job and your job. I puts the whole company in an uneasy

predicament. Upon entering the army you are always taught right uniform right place right time

and you will succeed in the army over time. Everyone has to be a team player in order to

Being early gives you the opportunity to make sure everything

is done the right way to make sure your company is running strong each day. Being on time

helps start your day in a good note.

In Conclusion during writing the essay I found out the importance to being to work on time in

the civilian and military because it can show some many different signs to your boss our

commander. I didn’t view being late as a sign of disrespect but now I do. I didn’t think that it

had some much of a strain on the company or unit. I know now that it presents your image to

allow the people that you work for and with. I know now that you will be label the guy that is

always late and people will get this bad image of you. I know that I need to change my image

because right now people think that I can’t be count to do my job and it looks like I am not a

team player. I will improve my overall work ethnic in the next few months and change the

perspective of me as being late. I will put forward my best effort and be accountability for my

actions. I will as a United States Soldier perform my duty every day. Remember right place, right
