Meaning of Learning: Learning is an activity or process of gaining knowledge or skill by studying, practicing, being taught or experience. It produces changes in the organism through education, personal development, schooling, or training and the changes produced are relatively permanent. The study of learning is consist of educational psychology, neuropsychology, learning theory, and pedagogy. Learning does not occur all at once , is based on previous knowledge. It may be goal-oriented and may be aided by motivation. Learning may be viewed as a process, it can be measured by its result only.

Both are valuable business software solutions. CRM applications provide the framework to better understand customers. ERP in educational sector provides the backbone to handle the majority of the system requirements in all functional areas such as student management, library management, hostel management, finance, human resources, admissions, examination and results.
ERP for educational sector is defined as an integrated, customized, packaged software based system that handles the majority of system requirements in all functional areas such as student management, faculty management, library management, hostel management, finance, human resources, admissions, examination and results. It has a software architecture that facilitates the flow of information among all functions within an organization.
CRM is a business strategy that helps business to better understand customer and retain them to increase profitability. CRM software collects, manages and links information about the customer. This software can be used to create marketing campaigns, view a customer's entire of history of interaction with business and use it to streamline daily business and sales …show more content…
