In order to be an effective nurse leader in today’s health care system, nurses must be able to demonstrate all standards outlined in the ANA Nursing Administration Scope and Standards of Practice. However, after careful review and experience working with the administrative team at my facility, I believe collaboration is one of the more valuable yet difficult to master standards.
