Being a young adults we face daily challenges, one of the biggest would be stress. Stress is caused by school or homework, your social life and trying to fit it, also your busy schedule. Theses stressors can affect your daily life because it consumes your mind and all you do is continue to think about these challenges and with that becomes more stress.
