I have read The Outsiders by S.E Hinton and “Nothing Gold Can Stay” by Robert Frost. In The Outsiders there is two different group of people that don’t get along well at all! In “Nothing Gold Can Stay” It's saying life is short. The theme in The Outsiders in chapter one is everyone looks different. The theme in “Nothing Gold Can Stay” is life is short so make the most of it.
The theme in The Outsiders is is individual identity. Everybody looks different even if they are related. The author stated on page six that “Darry is six-feet-two, and broad-shouldered and muscular.” Darry almost looks like his dad but still very different.
