This paper will disclose why managers need to be knowledgeable of information system contemporary outcomes: importance of programming, the web source, definition of Ethics, importance of privacy, information security, database information, E-business, managers research and managerial support.

It is important that managers get involved in information system, combining with hardware, software data and procedures. It is obvious that when managers are embrace in information system, provide a lot of initiatives in the business field while those that are not related, cause waste of time and of course money.

Programming issues

Why is it crucial for a manager to keep up to date with programming issues and web technology? Managers should become aware of the fundamental changes in programming and be able to identify simple programming concepts such as input/output, decision-making, repetition, and file handling. Managers need to be updated, to identify new simple concepts of how to use programming, such as programing language that helps them to be able to communicate with programmers and how to take advantage of web technology. Similarly the programmers and web page specialists need to have a Thoreau idea of purpose production. Furthermore, a manager may be able to visualize a concept as to how it is used or should be used. For example, in a supermarket when some of the items are ringing up incorrectly, managers is the one responsible to understand the problem that the system is producing, in order for them to be fixed; First, they look for the product, make a test on the system, and look into the data base which could be the server and find the problem or either have an idea what is producing the issue, and then get in touch and report the problem to them to better conclude the problem. Having a high management skill will help to reduce working time and reduces business losses.
