Drugs, sex, and rock and roll, the lifestyle so many want to live. But, being a rock star isn't always so glamorous, sometimes being in a band isn't always fun and games. With all the drugs that are out there who knows what you're actually getting. Gold diggers will cheat you out of all you money and feel no remorse. And the music doesn't always come to you easy. Even some of the greatest bands in history weren't as glamorous as you think. How do you know if a band is great or not? They have to have three things, drugs, a dead member, and originality. It seems like all the great rock bands have had experience or heavily used drugs, so if you want to be a good rock band you have to take drugs. Most smaller, competing bands today sound very similar to the greats because they're just copying their style. If a band is trying to succeed they must be original. They must have something that puts them apart from the other bands if they even want to compete. The best bands in history all have very different moods to their songs, different tempos, and even different instruments. If you take two bands like The Beatles and Metallica, they sound nothing alike. The Beatles were the first “boy band” and they kinda started the fade of boy bands even before One Direction. The Beatles made their own unique sound and style to their music that put them straight on top of the charts. In conclusion, you must be original to be a great band.
