1984 In the novel 1984 by George Orwell, there are limits on what to do and what not to do.
Humanity and morals is what makes one human from expressing oneself through thought to face expressions and speech. In, a universe where all this is restricted and holding it in isn’t easy there is rebellion, but that might be crushed. Alternating everything in their favor to get what they want. Everyone becoming the same one by one and losing their morality little by little.

There will be people who don’t agree with that type of society. That takes the privilege to express oneself and be its own individual. The party will find a way to make the person realize that with rebellion no one will not get anywhere. “ With dark blood oozing from his mouth and nose’’ (195). Torture is one way that the party uses to put people back to the place they want them at. Forcing every drop of humanity and morals and rebellion one has in them. Beating until one becomes literally in love with big brother and has no doubt about how the Society functions. Every rebel is found and taken care of by the party no one slips by. Through the process of making people realize the way society functions there is for the best of everyone. After and during being at the MInistry of love one doesn’t care about anyone or anything besides big brother. Which is what their main goal is in order to succeed as a society. “You can take the whole lot of them and cut their throats’’(195). The man who was going through this didn’t seem to care about anything after suffering and going through pain. That is the point of the party putting all these people through all this to get what they want. Making humans inhuman and be robots basically someone would prefer to be the one to go through this then to put your loved ones through
